Meditation can have an amazing impact on kids. There are many articles and websites that talk about the benefits of meditation for kids. This is a great way to spend time with them and just be present in the moment.

When starting your munchkins out on the meditation path, begin using shorter versions. I thought I would share a few short 5 min meditations I enjoy.
