Children Meditations

Meditation can have an amazing impact on kids.  There are many articles and websites that talk about the benefits of meditation for kids. This is a great way to spend time with them and just be present in the moment.



  • improved awareness of their own bodies and their reaction to stress

  • have an easier time with calming themselves

  • improved focus with their attention and concentration

  • improved attention to their thoughts, feelings, and emotions

  • increased ability to tap into their natural creativity

  • improvements to reading, studying and learning



When starting your munchkins out on the meditation path, begin using shorter versions.  I thought I would share a few short 5 min meditations I enjoy.  Remember even adults take a bit of practice to settle in for longer ones.
